One Plan for Everyone

Photographers, videographers and chauffeurs work best from the same plan. One shared timeline avoids waiting and repeated shots.

Share the order

Spots, times and who moves first.

Name one contact

One person gives instructions.

Chauffeur Included

Photos and video depend on timing. When the photographer and the chauffeur share one plan, the car is where the camera needs it.

Share the Plan With the Photographer

Send the photographer the pickup times, spots and the order of stops. Ask them to arrive before the car.

Choose Spots in Advance

Agree where the car should stop for photos and how long you need. Our photoshoot timing guide helps with the sequence.

A clear plan lets the chauffeur look after the road.

Brief the Chauffeur

Tell the chauffeur the order and the signals. Our chauffeur briefing guide covers what to share.

Respect the Light and the Traffic

Late afternoon light and Lagos traffic both affect timing. Add a buffer so photos do not squeeze the rest of the day.

Final Thought

A shared plan gives the photographer time and the chauffeur certainty. Keep it simple and share it early.
