Pre-Wedding Shoot
Planning the Car Into Your Shoot
A pre-wedding shoot has a lot of moving parts: the photographer, the outfits, the locations and the light. The car should fit the plan rather than lead it.
Share the shot list
Tell us where you will shoot and in what order.
Allow for the road
Travel time between locations can use up the best light.

Chauffeur Included
A pre-wedding shoot has many moving parts: the photographer, the outfits, the locations and the light. A chauffeur-driven Rolls Royce adds a strong visual to the day, and it works best when it fits the plan instead of leading it.
Share the Shot List
Tell us the locations, the order you want to shoot them in and how long you expect to stay at each. The chauffeur can then plan the route and the waiting time. Our photo shoot timing guide explains how light and traffic shape the schedule.
Choose Locations That Work for a Car
Look for places where the car can stop safely and where the setting is calm. Some locations need permission for photography, so check before the day and tell us which entrance to use. For gated places, see venue access.

Outfits and Luggage
If you plan several outfit changes, count the bags and tell us. The Cullinan has more room for luggage than the saloons. Use garment bags and keep the outfits in the order you will wear them so the shoot does not stall.
Pick the Colour and Model
Our fleet is available in different colours, and the colour depends on availability for your date. Ask us early if a particular colour matters to your photographer. See Rolls Royce colours for rent and choosing a colour.
Choose the Service
A shoot with several locations suits the 12-Hour Service. Waiting time beyond the agreed plan is itemised separately and confirmed with you first.
Final Thought
Share the plan, protect the light and keep the day simple. A calm shoot gives the photographer more time to get the pictures you want.
