The reception entrance is a moment the whole room waits for. A clear signal and a named contact make it smooth.
Ask the MC when the couple should arrive and how they will announce it. Share this with the chauffeur.
Send the entrance, a pin and where the couple steps out. Gated venues may need names, as in our venue access guide.
If the car waits outside, agree where and who signals. See our wedding day timeline.
The entrance and the grand exit work best as a pair. See our grand exit guide.
A reception entrance depends on timing. Share the signal, the spot and one contact.
