Plan Around the Service Time

Church services have a rhythm of their own. Knowing the start time, the likely length and the next stop lets the chauffeur plan the morning.

Share the entrance

Churches often have a preferred drop-off point.

Plan the next stop

Tell us where the day continues after the service.

A thanksgiving service or church anniversary is a day of family and community. A calm, punctual arrival lets the focus stay on the occasion.

Share the Service Details

Send the church name, a location pin and the service start time. Ask the church where the car should stop, because many have a preferred drop-off point near the entrance.

Allow for Long Services

Services can run past their expected time. Tell us how long you think it will last and where the chauffeur should wait, so the afterparty schedule is not rushed.

Plan the Afterparty Leg

If you are going on to a reception, share the second address and the time you want to leave. For a day with several stops, see Pick-Up Service or 12-Hour Service.

Brief the Family

Give the chauffeur one contact person for the day. Our chauffeur briefing guide explains what to share.

Final Thought

A thanksgiving day goes smoothly when the car is early and the plan is shared. Send the details and let the chauffeur manage the road.
