Timeline

One Page, Shared Early

A wedding timeline does not need to be long. One page with times, addresses and a contact person lets the chauffeur plan the day.

List each move

Pickup, ceremony, photos, reception and exit.

Add buffers

Traffic and photos always take longer than planned.

Weddings run on timing, and the car is one of the moving parts. A shared timeline keeps the chauffeur, planner and photographer working from the same plan.

Start With the Ceremony

Fix the ceremony time first, then work backwards: the drive, any photo stop, and the pickup. Include a buffer at each step.

Add Photos and Reception

Add the photo stop, the move to the reception and the arrival time. Our photoshoot timing guide shows how long photos can take.

A clear plan lets the chauffeur look after the road.

Plan the Grand Exit

Agree when the couple leaves, where the car waits and who gives the signal. See our grand exit guide.

Share It With Us

Send the timeline with addresses and pins. Our quote checklist lists what else to include, and the day-before checklist helps the evening before.

Final Thought

A wedding timeline is a small document that prevents big problems. Keep it to one page and share it early.
