Premiere

Plan the Arrival Like a Scene

A premiere has a schedule of its own. A fixed arrival slot and a named organiser keep the car in the right place at the right time.

Get the arrival slot

Ask which time and which entrance.

Plan the exit

Agree where the car waits after the film.

Chauffeur Included

A premiere night is built around arrivals. A chauffeur-driven Rolls Royce looks best when the slot, the entrance and the exit are agreed in advance.

Confirm the Arrival Slot

Ask the organisers for your arrival time and the place the car should stop. Send this with a location pin to us ahead of the day.

Plan the Red Carpet Moment

If there is a carpet or photo wall, agree who opens the door and how long you will stay. See our red carpet arrival guide.

A clear plan lets the chauffeur look after the road.

Allow for the Wait

Screenings and after-parties can run long. Tell the chauffeur where to wait and who to call.

Plan the Exit

Agree the gate and the time. Large events can affect roads, so read our road closures guide.

Final Thought

A good premiere arrival is quick and calm. Agree the plan with the organisers and share it early.
