Surprise

A Surprise Needs a Quiet Plan

The fewer people who know, the safer the surprise. One organiser, one contact for the chauffeur and a fixed time are usually enough.

Name one organiser

All messages go through one person.

Fix the time

Agree the pickup minute and place with us.

Chauffeur Included

A surprise pickup is about timing and discretion. The car should arrive when planned, with the chauffeur ready for the moment.

Choose One Organiser

Pick one person to speak to us and to the chauffeur. This keeps the plan quiet and avoids conflicting instructions.

Fix the Place and Time

Send the address, a pin, the entrance and the pickup time. Ask where the car should wait so it does not give the surprise away.

A clear plan lets the chauffeur look after the road.

Plan the Route and Stops

Share the destination and any stop on the way, such as dinner or photos. For a longer evening see evening event hire.

Have a Backup

If the guest of honour is delayed, the organiser should be able to update the chauffeur quickly. Our booking changes guide explains how changes work.

Final Thought

A surprise works because the details are handled quietly. Fix the time, name one organiser and let the chauffeur take care of the rest.
