These terms apply to every Rolls Royce rental booked with Totrip Rolls Royce. By confirming a booking, you agree to them.

Our service

Every rental is chauffeur-driven. It includes the vehicle, a uniformed professional chauffeur, bottled water, vehicle cleaning and presentation before pickup, and customer support. The exact inclusions, hours and areas covered are confirmed with you before you pay.

Booking and payment

• A booking is confirmed only when we acknowledge it and receive your deposit.
• The balance is due before or on the day of service, as agreed with you.
• We accept bank transfer, online payment and cash. Corporate clients can arrange invoice payment terms.
• The price we quote covers the hours, route and services we agreed. Extra hours, extra stops or locations outside the agreed area are charged separately and confirmed with you first.

Changes and cancellations

Please tell us as early as you can if your plans change. We will try to move your booking to another date, subject to availability. The deposit terms and any cancellation charge are confirmed with you at the time of booking.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, timings and contact numbers.
• Arrange gate or estate access in advance where a venue requires it.
• Treat the vehicle with care. You are responsible for damage caused by passengers, including spills, stains and misuse of the interior.
• Do not use the vehicle for anything unlawful. The chauffeur may end the service if passengers act unsafely.

Delays and things outside our control

We plan routes around Lagos traffic, but we cannot control traffic, road closures, weather or security restrictions. If a delay on our side affects your booking, we will tell you straight away and agree a fair solution with you. If a vehicle becomes unavailable, we will offer a comparable replacement or a refund of what you paid for that booking.

Liability

We are responsible for providing the service we agreed. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Nigerian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you book is the one that applies to your booking.
