Evenings
Plan the Whole Evening, Not Just the Arrival
An evening event has a longer tail. The arrival is only the start, and the wait and the journey home are just as important. Planning all three keeps the night comfortable.
Agree the end time
Know when you expect to leave, and what happens if it runs late.
Choose a well-lit drop-off
Pick a clear, well-lit spot for arrival and departure.

Chauffeur Included
Galas, award nights, dinners and after-parties all share one feature: they finish later than planned. A good car booking allows for that from the start.
Agree the Timings in Both Directions
Give us the arrival time, the time you expect to leave and a realistic latest finish. If the event may run past the agreed hours, ask what that means before the day. Our pricing guide explains what is itemised separately, such as extended waiting time.
Choose a Well-Lit Drop-Off Point
Evening arrivals are photographed in artificial light. A well-lit, uncluttered entrance gives a cleaner arrival and an easier exit. See planning a red-carpet arrival.
Plan the arrival, the wait and the journey home together.
Plan the Wait
The chauffeur may wait for hours. Agree where the car will wait, how the chauffeur will be called and who is the single contact for the evening. See how to brief your chauffeur.
Allow for Evening Traffic
Lagos evening traffic can slow the first leg of the night. Request a buffer of at least 30 to 45 minutes before any fixed start time, especially if you must cross the lagoon. See our traffic and route tips.
Plan the Journey Home
Tell us the drop-off address for the end of the night, including any gate or estate clearance. If it is a gated address, send the details early. See gated estates and venue access.
Final Thought
A late night goes smoothly when the end is planned as carefully as the start. Call +234 913 781 8188 with your date, venue and expected finish.
